Blind Spots Yoga with Autumn Bonner

Knowledge is power. This series brings to light Jnana -- the branch of yoga focused on knowledge, wisdom, introspection, and contemplation -- while inviting you to apply principles of movement to some of the trickier areas of your body.
This class is excellent for yoga practitioners and instructors interested in applying bio-mechanical principles to themselves or with students. Both series are approved for Yoga Alliance continuing education credits.
$100 for six week series or $15 for drop-ins ** (students may drop into either session)
