Main Street Yoga makes space available for ongoing opportunities to explore outside of our drop-in classes – workshops, short series, and immersions provide a platform to explore yoga on and off the mat. Our inspired teaching community and guests provide the earnest student with ample options to dive-in through the seasons with these periodic offerings. YOGA NIDRA IMMERSIONS
Join Amie Heeter for an in-depth exploration of personal healing through Yoga Nidra. We will learn about this ancient system and why it is a powerful practice for our modern lives. Regular experiences of Yoga Nidra can help reduce the impact of stress, retrain our systems for deep rest, improve memory and learning, increase overall awareness, and give us a taste of the sublime. We will go over ways to approach this without falling asleep and why that matters, in addition to how to be optimally comfortable in the practice. Audio recordings will be provided as part of the cost to assist in continued home practice. You will not regret the tools learned in these immersions, and each session will include a unique Yoga Nidra.

ADVANCING YOUR Practice
Taught by Kristin Sage, this 6-week course is offered for those students looking for the tools to deepen a personal practice whether practicing at home or in a group. Each class will provide a body of specific knowledge, a postural sequence to inform understanding, and reflection or deep relaxation for integration. Each week will offer a building block to enhance your personal practice and to provide a cohesive course of study to refine understanding of the system of yoga for individual development.
