Main Street Yoga makes space available for ongoing opportunities to explore outside of our drop-in classes – workshops, short series, and immersions provide a platform to explore yoga on and off the mat. Our inspired teaching community and guests provide the earnest student with ample options to dive-in through the seasons with these periodic offerings. These relaxing classes will focus on stress-reduction, happiness, and promoting a joyful spirit. Families will have fun while gently stretching their bodies and relaxing their minds. Side effects include laughter, strong core, increased energy, improved self-esteem, and better sleep! All ages and abilities are welcome.
Family Rate: $35/family (up to five family members)
Low-income Family Rate: $25 (up to five family members)
Individual rate: $15/adults and $10/children

Refining your Yoga Practice
This 4-week course is offered for those students looking for the tools to deepen a personal practice whether practicing at home or in a group. Each class will provide a body of specific knowledge, a postural sequence to inform understanding, and "homework" to help integrate ideas. Each week will offer a building block to enhance your personal practice and to provide a cohesive course of study to refine understanding of the system of yoga for individual development.
