Join Jessica Becker this fall for four remaining Mother Daughter yoga classes on Monday and Sunday afternoons. This is a rich opportunity to spend time in the studio with your daughter(s). We will play with some of the simple and fundamental rituals of a yoga class, including breath work, mantra, and mindfulness. We'll also dance and sing and move through yoga asana. After some snuggly-relaxing time, we'll share tea, talk, and mess around with markers making mandalas. This will be an afternoon of good fun!
Monday, 10.30 | 2:30-4
Sunday, 11.12 | 2:30-4
Monday, 11.20 | 2:30-4
Monday, 11.27 | 2:30-4
All classes will include time to do yoga poses, learn chants, practice mindfulness, make art and play on our mats. Classes will be creative, intentional, and loving. Jessica's intention is to offer the essence of yoga practice - connection between mind, body, and breath - in ways that are fun and satisfying for adults and kids.
COST for one adult and 1-2 children:
$25 for one class, $40 for two, $60 for three, $80 for four.
The class is best for girls ages 4-9. If you have questions or would like to be added to Jessica's email list, please contact Jessica.

Saturday 10.28 | 3:00pm- 5:30pm
$40 | $70 if attending morning*
This workshop will focus on Yoga Nidra, a practice that is gaining a lot of attention for its benefits to the nervous and immune systems. We take our exploration further, and how this complete practice within the yoga tradition can also be a source for psychological healing and spiritual growth. We will discuss Yoga Nidra as not only a relaxation practice, but a unique state, one that can plant seeds within the unconscious to help dissolve some of our most difficult internal obstacles. We will do some Svadhyaya, self-inquiry and reflection, to create a Yoga Nidra practice that is unique to you. A recording of the practice will be available to all registrants to continue exploration beyond the workshop.
Immersions with sage Yoga
Yoga postures have become popular as exercise in modern days, but the ancient practitioners also intended these tools as a means to tame the mind and harness authentic energy. This series makes the connection between the physical practices, focused awareness, and states of energy. Come explore how the internal influences the external and learn to take the reins to play with possibility.
