Kirtan or Kirtana (Sanskrit: कीर्तन; IAST: Kīrtana) is a Sanskrit word that means "narrating, reciting, telling, describing" of an idea or story. It's a beautifully soulful live musical adventure, spanning the spectrum of emotions and intensities, with mindfulness. We will call to you with our musical ideas and invite you to respond in whichever way moves you. Meditate, sing, play, dance the names of the divine within yourself and in our circle.

Restorative and Yoga Nidra Workshop

Back by popular demand - join Amie Heeter for a luxurious practice that will restore, support, and nourish you in the best way. The transition through fall requires us to get grounded, to help support ourselves and our immunity as winter arrives.
We will begin with 20 min of gentle movement, a 25 minute guided yoga nidra practice, and then work with 2-3 accessible postures completely supported with yoga props for 5-10 min each. This is a practice that is deeply supportive to your nervous system, boosts immunity, and teaches the power of rest.
